Lewis was brilliant. I told him I don't make decisions quickly and he didn't hassle me or give me the hard sell but kept in contact. Swindon MINI is not my nearest centre but I decided to purchase there because I wanted him to have the sale.

Waited longer to drop off my car but overall treated well. I was promised they would follow up a problem with my heater as it needs over £1200 of work/parts which shouldn't have failed; they were going to contact provider but not heard anything yet.

I found the emails/sms excessive in volume to remind me I'd booked in and then providing me with the overview of the car - I suspect that was because I attended the dealership for a sit and wait service. Not a criticism but seemed like duplication

It would be easier if I could get to work, it's difficult for me as I live 16 miles away. There are 2 offices in Swindon I can work from and a lift there would be very helpful

A fault come up on my screen saying there was a problem with the hood, unfortunately it doesn't seem to have been logged anywhere. The technicians couldn't find any fault, but nothing happened when I press the button to open the hood!

They collected my car-a major plus point, carried out the service. Kept me up to date with phone calls and washed my car before returning it .

Friendly, welcoming reception, checked if I had any issues and ensured they were checked out. The tailgate support bar had dropped out several times recently and they tested it a number of times and reassured me that it was no longer a problem.

First thing on driving away (not even out of the car park) and tyre pressure warning messages came on. Had to drive home at low speed. On checking the tyre pressure on the wheel that had work done was 30 psi. S/be 39. Safety issue and s/be checke

It was an MoT however one of the advisories was replace a wiper blade! I had done this 3 weeks before any way and the synic in just felt it was a bit of a ploy in the hope I would just say do it. I did agree to one advisory being done after questions
